My mission: Educating and empowering others to set the boundaries, build the (self) belief, and make the choices they need to finally feel their strongest, most energetic, and wonderfully capable selves.
I work out to skate faster, move better, and be an overall happier human being! In my many years working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of amazing people of many ages and abilities.
My approach focuses on sustainable habits and longevity.
Why longevity? Because longevity means results that last! Let’s be honest, you don’t have the time or capacity to go all in on everything all at once.
